As the President of the Republican National Committee, I hereby award Vice-President TJ Norton the title of "Honorable", as was given also to Former President Luxis Avaram. Despite his departure from the RNC, he was an important part of the party and is significant in both the party and Titulia. We congratulate him on his new office of Vice-President of the Republic, and we hope that he will bring success to the Republic and it's future.
