| At this defining moment, we come together to celebrate the birth of a new administration and pay tribute to the outgoing servants who have given to the foundation of our nation. We thank President Alexander Pijanowski for his laudable and courageous service to Titulia and stand in honour and he exits the grand doorways of Liberty House as our third president for one last time. As one people we stand, however brief in pose, behind President-elect Avaram as he takes office to get to work for the people of this virtual domain.
God bless our fourth president as he scribes a new page to be added to the annuls of history, alongside the pages of his predecessors.
