RNC Statement on position of RNC Vice President/Chairman

As Party President, I hereby declare an open jungle primary for the office of Vice-President of the Republican Party. All RNC Members are eligible if:

1. They immigrated before August 1st,2009 
   
2. They have been active for at least a week
3. Contributed to the RNC in any way

NOTE: Primary sign up deadline is September 4,2009.  Primary elections may be canceled by request from the RNC President/Chairman in favor of a Confirmation Vote of a candidate selected by the RNC President/Chairman before August 31st,2009. After August 31st, the President must ask the permission of all founded branches to put one candidate up for confirmation.
